Moishe Alexander lives in Thornhill, Ontario (in the Greater Toronto Area) and is the President and Founder of Canadian Funding Corp. Since 2004, Moishe Alexander (along with his associates, Jan Luistermans and Bryce Coates, and with the financial consultation of Marty Lapedus) have developed and productively shaped Canadian Funding Corporation as a business that distributes a large pool of private funds that help finance projects of all sizes.

Clients' needs range from short-term bridge financing to first-time home mortgages. Moishe Alexander has completed transactions and funded multi-national retail and condominium developments. Notably, with the help of Jan Luistermans for property inspections and evaluations, Bryce Coates as the mortgage broker, and Martin Lapedus for financial consultation, $15.5 million condo developments in southern Ontario and second mortgages have received funding from Moishe Alexander and his company. In the three years that Canadian Funding Corporation has been in business, Moishe Alexander and associates have achieved in funding over 200 deals for high-ratio loans that no one else would fund. Moishe Alexander’s sharp skills have made it easy to discover solutions to the most difficult cases. In some instances, Moishe Alexander has even provided third mortgages to clients when no other lender would.

Canadian Funding Corporation has done business in Ontario (Moishe's home province), Florida, Nevada (Las Vegas), Arizona, Iowa, Utah and the UK (Great Britain).

Moishe Alexander’s company has soared since its inception, and in order to give back to the community that has assisted him in his growth, Alexander donates his time and his wealth to helping needy families, small foundations, local societies, and international schools, like seminaries in Israel. Moishe Alexander also believes in supporting rehab for alcoholics and drug users, and throughout his years in business, Alexander has anonymously donated to organizations that feed and clothe the poor. Moishe Alexander also contributes his energy to schools, youth organizations, and individuals in his community.
